This is a familiar scene to me. In Vancouver, the rain doesn't shut us down at all. We do everything in the rain (or we wouldn't get to do it at all). This is a familiar scene to me. Course, people are addicted to their umbrellas and you will also see folks using them to protect from the sun and using them in the snow. v
